[Term and renewal] Credit card: renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. JPYC: each payment grants one month or one year; no auto-renewal. [Cancellation] Credit card: cancel at any time from "Manage / cancel card payment" on the plan page, the Stripe customer page (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/6oUaEYfzk0DIaoB7S3gEg00; log in with the email you subscribed with), or by email. Cancel by the day before the next billing date to stop further charges. JPYC: no action needed; access ends at expiry if you do not pay again. [Refunds] Due to the nature of digital services, cancellations and refunds after purchase are not accepted, and no pro-rated refunds are given.
