These Terms of Service apply to the websites, applications, training content, community features, and related services operated by Garoop. 1. Purpose of the service Garoop provides a place where children and families can learn, create, and share works using AI and digital tools. Some services are free, and some services require a paid plan. 2. Users Children should use the service with the understanding and support of a parent or guardian. Parents or guardians are expected to help children use the service safely. 3. Account management Users must keep login information safe and must not lend accounts to others. If unauthorized use is suspected, please contact us promptly. 4. Content and submissions Users may create, upload, submit, or post text, images, audio, video, comments, and other materials. Users are responsible for ensuring that their submitted materials do not infringe laws, third-party rights, or community rules. 5. Prohibited conduct Users must not engage in harassment, defamation, threats, hate speech, sexual or violent expressions inappropriate for children, spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal activity, or attempts to disrupt the service. Users must not post personal information of themselves or others without permission. 6. Intellectual property Rights to works created by users generally remain with the user or lawful rights holder. However, by posting or submitting content to the service, users grant Garoop the right to use, display, introduce, edit for formatting, and promote the content as necessary for operating and improving the service. 7. Paid plans and JPYC payment Paid plans are settled by sending JPYC (a yen-pegged stablecoin) on the Polygon blockchain. (1) Payment method: JPYC (ERC-20 token) sent on the Polygon network. An EVM wallet such as MetaMask and JPYC on Polygon are required. (2) Gas fees: A small amount of MATIC is required as a gas fee for each transaction. Gas fees are not covered by Garoop. (3) Manual payment / no auto-billing: Subscriptions are NOT auto-renewed. Users must manually send JPYC to the designated wallet address each month. Failure to send may result in service suspension. (4) No refunds: Transactions confirmed on the blockchain are generally irreversible. Garoop is not responsible for losses due to incorrect transfers or user error. (5) Wallet self-custody: Users are solely responsible for managing their private keys and seed phrases. Garoop is not liable for losses due to loss or theft. (6) Price stability risk: JPYC is designed to track the Japanese yen, but may be affected by network issues or regulatory changes. (7) Cancellation: To cancel, please contact us via Slack or email (garoop.company@gmail.com). Not sending payment in the following month also constitutes cancellation. 8. Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Tokusho-ho) - Seller: Garoop Inc. - Representative: Daiki Yamashita - Contact: garoop.company@gmail.com - Service URL: https://create.garoop.jp - Price: JPYC amount shown on the plan page (tax included) - Payment method: JPYC transfer on Polygon network - Payment timing: Manual transfer by user each month - Service start: Promptly after payment confirmation - Cancellation/Returns: Sent JPYC cannot be refunded. Please contact us to cancel. Not sending the next month's payment also cancels the subscription. 9. Publication of submitted content Works and comments submitted by users may be displayed within the service and used by Garoop for introductions, case studies, and promotional purposes. 10. Suspension and restrictions If we determine that a user has violated these terms or that continued use creates safety or operational risk, we may delete content, restrict functions, suspend an account, or take other appropriate action. 11. Service changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service when necessary for improvement, maintenance, security, or operational reasons. 12. Disclaimer We strive to provide useful and safe services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or that every output generated through AI tools will be suitable for a user's purpose. 13. Limitation of liability Except where prohibited by law, Garoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. 14. Updates These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version posted on the site will apply from the time of posting.
