Calculated from how much and how well you train, your Company Studio valuation, and how many weeks you kept going.

How the rating is calculated
Volume: 200 × log₂(1 + count). Count = submissions (resubmitting the same task counts once) + 1.5 × missions + 0.3 × lessons. More is always better, with diminishing returns.
Quality: 600 × the lower bound of the 95% Wilson score interval of your approval rate. A higher rate and more reviewed work both raise it, so 19 of 20 beats 1 of 1.
Company value: 100 × log₁₀(1 + valuation ÷ ¥10,000), using your Company Studio valuation (or capital), capped at ¥10 billion (max 600).
Active weeks: weeks with activity in the last 12 weeks × 25 (max 300).
Rating = 1000 + the four parts. Other people’s scores never lower yours.
